Welcome to Hazir Directory App ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), a business directory application operated by AMple Ring Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Hazir Directory App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

4. User Accounts

6. Business Listings

6.1 Listing Submission

Businesses may submit their information for inclusion in the Hazir Directory. By submitting a business listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to submit the listing on behalf of the business
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and current
• The business is legally operating in Pakistan
• You have the right to use any trademarks, logos, or images included in the listing

6.2 Listing Approval

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any business listing at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee that any submitted listing will be published or remain published.

6.3 Listing Accuracy

Business owners are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in their listings. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in business listings.

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Services.

7.2 Content Standards

All User Content must comply with these Terms and applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without notice.

7.3 Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings for businesses listed on the App. Reviews must be:

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Hazir Directory App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation of data, is the property of AMple Ring Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Trademarks

"Hazir Directory App," "Hazir," "AMple Ring," and all related logos and designs are trademarks or registered trademarks of AMple Ring Co. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

8.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:
